At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged items only.
Please note:
Damage claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
